Acting as the voice of the partner network, Jared manages and builds Prop’s commercial operations through sales strategy, partnerships, and revenue development across Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. His leadership creates and expands opportunities within recruitment and migration—unlocking new revenue pathways and strengthening Prop’s global partner ecosystem.
With experience across recruitment, financial services, and technology, Jared brings commercial depth that enables him to understand and empathise with Prop’s partners' challenges and ambitions, building meaningful, growth-focused relationships throughout the network. Jared leads the scaling of Prop’s recruitment and immigration partner networks, advancing sales automation, partner revenue operations, and regional enablement initiatives that align commercial efforts with Prop’s vision.
Working alongside Founding Partners Sandra Karam and Allan Vickers, Jared dedicates time to helping Prop’s partners extend market reach and develop new service offerings informed by client feedback and demand. His leadership delivers practical solutions to real-world challenges, with a committed focus on excellence in partner and client experience.
Jared’s philosophy in sales and marketing stems from continuous iteration and customer insight—an approach that builds what clients need. He applies a data-driven, problem-solution sales methodology, refined over 13 years, grounded in addressing tangible needs for commercial success.
Qualifications and Expertise
Jared holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Commercial Law and Marketing, and a Diploma in Management and Business. His professional achievements include leading sales and marketing across two market-leading verticals, building and selling a nationwide business within four years that achieved 40% year-on-year growth, and serving as part of a founding team whose company was successfully acquired.
