1. Purpose

This statement explains PROPHR’s position on modern slavery risk in its operations, recruitment-related activities, migration support, business partnerships and supply chains.

2. Commitment

PROPHR opposes modern slavery, including forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, debt bondage, deceptive recruiting, forced marriage, child labour and the worst forms of child labour.

PROPHR expects personnel, contractors, suppliers, referrers, recruiters and business partners to act lawfully and ethically.

3. Business context and risk areas

PROPHR operates in migration, recruitment support, white-label services, business partnerships and technology-enabled service delivery.

Potential modern slavery risk areas include:

• offshore recruitment and referral chains;
• candidate fee-charging, debt bondage, document retention or coercive repayment terms;
• false job offers, misleading education or employment pathways, and      deceptive migration claims;
• labour hire, subcontracting, overseas contractors and low-transparency supply chains;
• pressure on vulnerable workers, visa holders, applicants or candidates;
• technology, office, marketing and professional services supply chains.

4. Controls

PROPHR maintains proportionate controls designed to reduce modern slavery risk, including:

• supplier, recruiter, referrer and partner due diligence;
• written contracts prohibiting modern slavery, misleading recruitment and unlawful candidate fees;
• clear separation between migration advice, recruitment, education, financial and referral activity;
• candidate consent, disclosure and escalation pathways;
• training for personnel involved in recruitment, migration support, vendor onboarding and complaints;
• incident reporting, remediation and termination rights;
• review of higher-risk suppliers, referrers, recruiters and jurisdictions.

5. Reporting concerns

Concerns about modern slavery connected with PROPHR operations or supply chains may be sent to:

• sales@prop-hr.com;
• whistleblower@prop-hr.com; or
• a director of PROPHR.

Urgent safety concerns should be reported to relevant authorities.

6. No victimisation

PROPHR will not knowingly penalise a person for raising a genuine modern slavery concern or assisting an investigation.
